How can I be assured I'm dealing with a reputable company?

How can I get product samples?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our carpet samples.  In most cases, we have a book or card that displys all available colors for the style you request.  In other cases, we provide a color swatch for the style you need.  We are happy to provide up to two, complimentary carpet samples.  If you need more than two samples, we will require a $15 per sample charge for any samples over two.

These samples are yours to keep, although many customers are kind enough to send the samples back to us so someone else may have the chance to enjoy them.  We don't require you to send them back, but we do welcome their return.

At this time, we only assure having carpet samples.  We have some samples of non-carpet products.  Please e-mail or call and we'll try to accommodate your request.

Where can I get installation information and general information on floor covering?
A great place to start is in our Capri Classroom.  We have worked with our various manufacturers and industry organizations to provide you with the most current information on installation and products.

How does shipping work?
We ship our products by common carrier throughout the United States.  We secure freight costs at the time of your order and include these charges in our price to you. This turnkey method eliminates your need to pay Capri Discount Flooring for the material  and the carrier for the shipment.   

There are three main ways to receive your product:

  • Residential Delivery
  • Business Delivery
  • Terminal Pick-up 

Our Floor Covering Specialists will work with you to find the most beneficial and economical way for the material to be delivered.  

You will be notified once the shipment leaves our warehouse and you can then coordinate a delivery time with the carrier. 

You will need to have someone present at the time of delivery to help unload your shipment.

What warranties are provided with my purchase?
You will receive any manufacturer's warranties that are provided.  The warranties vary by product type and manufacturer.  Our Floor Covering Specialists can review the warranty information with you.

Do you sell seconds or "off goods"?
ABSOLUTLEY NOT!  Many local retailers simply cannot compete with our mill direct prices and buying power so they use this as a selling point against companies like ours.  Rest assured, the products you will receive from Capri Discount Flooring are first-run material and covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranties (see above).

Why doesn't Capri Discount Flooring allow customers to buy directly through online transactions?
It's really quite simple.  We believe so strongly in working one-on-one with you to make sure the order is correct, the expectations are clear and your satisfaction is exceeded that we feel the best way to do this is by having a conversation.  Our Floor Covering Specialists can help you with measurements, assist in locating installers if needed and help with proper installation instructions.  We feel this information can't be done without speaking with you.
