• When ordering the amount of product you need, it is highly beneficial to have had your area professionally measured. An installer will take into account any cuts needed, pattern repeats, etc, and will most certainly save you time and money in the long run. Please keep in mind that our calculator is an estimating tool ONLY. When ordering your product, it is better to estimate high and have product left over. If you order too little you risk different dye lots, longer production dates, and larger freight rates, just to name a few issues. Please do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions about how much flooring you need. We are here to help in any way we can!

• It is strongly recommended that you order a sample of the flooring you are interested in before purchasing. Please keep in mind that colors can and will vary from what you may see on a computer monitor or in a magazine. We pride ourselves in the quality of our carpet samples. In many cases, we have a book or card that displays all available colors for the style you request. In other cases, we provide a color swatch for the style you need. We are happy to provide up to three complimentary carpet samples.

• We ship our products by common carriers throughout the United States. We secure freight costs at the time of your order and include these charges in our price to you. You can receive your product through Residential Delivery, Business Delivery, or Terminal Pick-Up. If you have any questions about delivery, please ask one of our Specialists. They can work with you to find the most beneficial and economical ways for the materials to be delivered. You will receive a shipping notification once the shipment leaves our warehouse which will include tracking information for you. You will need to have someone present at the time of delivery to help unload your shipment.

• Upon arrival of your order, please examine the packaging thoroughly for damage. Although we offer only first quality mill direct products, occasionally imperfections can occur during the manufacturing process or shipping damage can occur. If you identify obvious shipping damage (torn packaging for instance), please document this in detail on the packing slip with the driver then call our office immediately. Prior to installation, take a moment to unpack or unroll your flooring and be sure it meets your satisfaction. In either case if you identify damage or concerns, do not cut or install the product. Please call us with any concerns so that we might discuss prior to installation. Once cut or installed, it is difficult to file claims with freight carriers and/or the mill.

• The warranties we provide with your purchase are identical to the Manufacturer's Warranties. Most of these are available on our website. Ask your Floor Covering Specialist if you have specific questions on the warranties for your product.
