Shae was more than helpful in looking for carpet samples and sending them in a very timely manner. She spent a lot of time with me and never made me feel rushed. I have enjoyed working with Shae. I will be e-mailing her pictures of the carpet once it is installed and she was very receptive at seeing the carpet installed. Hello Judy & Shae,
I've been meaning to write you for some time, but have been bogged down between moving in and parenting duties. I had called back the week after my carpets had arrived and spoke to your manager.
My conversation with him was about the praise of working with both of you and how delightful the experience was. I mentioned the time you spent with me, mailing samples and getting the order squared away for over two months.
I would just like to say that the entire experience of shopping for carpets, picking the right ones and getting them delivered has potential grave risks, but for me it was not the case.
It was the fastest, easiest, satisfying and most pleasant experience with great savings at the end of it all. I thank you both for your help, patience and great service. I want to point out that it's people like yourselves who are the true assets to companies such as this, where the front store face is just a voice over the phone. Many companies do not have individuals like yourselves who remember their customers as if though they are friends with a commitment to serving their complete needs. I was nervous at first going this route but ever since I've been telling all my friends to shop with you when they decide to buy. As I will be sure to do the same.
